There are many handle bar risers available, just ask your nearest dealer. Footpeg conversion is rather easy to do, but there are kits for that too. www.highwayhawk.com has a model made for Savage.
I'm not very tall, but I had to move footpegs about 10 cm (4 inches). I made the conversion using instructions shown in this forum. Now the driving position is way more comfortable.
